Are the tires that you sell new?
We only offer new tires to our consumers.
Are the prices listed on your site negotiable?
Tires are listed at the lowest Internet price available and are not negotiable. The tire price does not include installation, which will be done at the installation center of your choice.
Do you offer technical support or customer service? Can you give me advice on the tire size that is suitable for my vehicle?
Legally, we cannot offer “technical” support as we can ONLY supply information for the original equipment for your vehicle. That means that we can provide you with the exact tire size that will fit your vehicle. However, if you are not currently using that size tire, we will not suggest or advise you on any other tire. You will need to contact your local tire dealer and request this information. However, World of Tires is committed to your complete satisfaction – it is our top priority. What is my warranty period?
Your warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
Can I select an exact delivery hour?
Tires are shipped via an independent shipping carrier such as FedEx or UPS. When tracking information is available from them, you will be notified via email with a delivery timeframe. They are unable to provide an exact delivery hour.
Am I going to be charged for shipping or delivery?
Many of our tires are shipped without a delivery charge! A tire may not receive free shipping if it is not available from enough of our suppliers, or it is an oversized tire requiring freight-shipping. We’re constantly working to improve tire availability for our customers. Even when including a shipping charge, we usually have the lowest prices found anywhere.
Can I pay in monthly installments?
Yes we offer monthly financing through Affirm. Affirm offers clear, simple financing for your online purchases in just a few clicks:
1. Fill your cart and select the Affirm payment option on the merchant’s checkout page.
2. Enter a few basic pieces of information to identify yourself.
3. They will let you know if you are approved for a loan in real time.
4. Review your payment plan details and click confirm to finalize the loan.

Can I send the tires back if I change my mind or don't like or want them?
We will accept returns for unused/uninstalled products only, within 14 days of your purchase. 100% refund will apply as a credit to your original method of payment (less any freight charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee). You are also responsible for return shipping unless the tires being returned did not match what was originally purchased. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. All tires are sold FOB Origin.

What are my delivery options?
Once you have selected the tires that you wish to purchase, you may elect to have the tires shipped to any address within the continental United States, or to one of our referred installation centers. Tires are shipped via an independent shipping carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Expect delivery in 2-4 business (weekday) days.
What are my payment options? Can I pay upon delivery?
In order to process your purchase, you will be required to purchase the tires on World of Tires. However, the cost for the installation will be paid at the time of the installations.
Can I order only one tire or is it compulsory to have a minimum of units?
Yes, you can order as few or as many tires as you wish.
Can I place an order over the phone, or do I have to order on your website?
Although our website is completely secure, you can call us at 866-501-1998
between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday & Saturday 9:00 am and 2:00 pm ET if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.
Do I have to access my order after placing it on your website?
This is not necessary; however you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
Do I need a password or do I need to register on your website in order to be able to place an order?
A username and password or registration is not required in order to purchase tires on our website.
What happens if the tires I ordered are no longer available? How will I know if the tires I ordered are available?
Occasionally World of Tires may be temporarily out of stock on a certain tire. In that case, we will contact you.
Is it necessary to have an email address in order to complete my order on your website?
Is it safe to buy through the Internet? Do I have the same rights as if I bought the tires in a regular shop?

Are the prices listed on your website for one tire?
The prices listed on our website are for one tire or “unit.” This price does not include installation charges.
What am I supposed to do about installing the tires?
WorldOfTires provides a list of installation centers. You must have your tires installed by a reputable installation center however we do not require any particular installation center.
Do you offer a Tire Road Hazard Program?
WorldOfTire offers an optional Tire Road Hazard Program. We encourage you to consider adding road hazard to your tires..
What are your hours of operation? Do you have a toll-free number?
WorldOfTire is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an email address in order to answer any questions you may have during the purchase process: firstname.lastname@example.org. During business hours M-F (8:00am – 7:00pm ET), Sat (9:00am – 2:00pm ET). Our phone number is 866-501-1998.
What will happen if I change my mind and no longer wish to purchase the tires I ordered?
You may contact us to cancel your order as long as the tires have not shipped – if they have shipped you are responsible for all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.
What is your collection/return policy in case the tires were installed?
For obvious reasons, only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
What's your policy in case the goods that are delivered do not correspond to my order?
In case the tires that you receive are not in accordance with the order placed on our website, you may contact us to correct the order. The tires must be returned – World of Tires will pay for all shipping charges on an incorrect order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your tires will be shipped within 48 hours (except during weekends). Actually delivery depends on location but can plan for delivery in 2-4 business (weekday) days from the time of purchase.
Do you offer any coupons or discounts such as Military Discounts?
Occasionally we may have a coupon code or discount for tires on our site. We will be sure to post it on our site when those are available. In terms of a Military Discount, World of Tires offers a discount for all active service men and women on every purchase. Military personnel get 5% off of every purchase. We’re proud of those who serve our country and this is one way worldoftires.org can say thank you.
Are the DOT codes on your tires current?
We instruct our suppliers to only supply us with tires that have current DOT dates. If you receive a tire with a DOT date of more than 4-years from the date of purchase, you may return it and we will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. For any tires with a DOT date less than 4-years from date of purchase, you may return it, but you must pay the return shipping costs and restocking fee. Any tire that has been mounted is NOT eligible to be returned.
Can I request DOT codes?
Customers get the best prices because of our unique low-cost, high-volume business model. Instead of buying and reselling tires like other retailers, we use data and technology to aggregate tire inventory from more than 500 suppliers across the country. Therefore, we do not stockpile any tires in a warehouse and are unable to check specific tire DOT dates. We do instruct our suppliers to only supply our system with tires that have current DOT dates.
What happens if the price changes on my tires after I order?
Tire prices are constantly fluctuating. We sell our tires based on the cost of the tires at the time of purchase. If for some reason the price of your tires change we will evauluate the situation and offer you a refund if your tires have not shipped yet. However, if your tires have already shipped, we are unable to offer a credit if the price has changed. This is due to the fact that we bought the tires at a set price at the time of your purchase and are unable to purchase them from a different suppliers since the order has already been shipped.
Can I pick these tires up?
Because we have a large number of warehouses throughout the country that we ship from, it is impossible to pick your tires up at one specified location. In most cases shipping is just a few days and the shipping rate is the best rate we get from our courier.
