RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Need to make a return? You can begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form or calling World of Tires Support at 866-501-1998 to speak directly to a representative.
Return for Refund
Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted are eligible for return. Once approved, a full refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
If the tires returned are due to an error made by us, we will pay for the return shipping costs.
A customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the tires delivered match the original order.
Return Check List
- Fill out the Return Request Form
- Securely tape packing slip with the Return Authorization Number directly on the tires to be returned.
- Return tires to a FedEx facility, or contact World of Tires Support at 866-501-1998 to schedule a Fedex pickup at your location.
Shipping and Damage Claims Policy
Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The only tires World of Tires can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer.
Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
